How long will it take you to repair my items?
The repair of either a Laptop or Desktop normally takes around an hour so you can come and pick it up on the same day. If the machine needs a part(s) which i have in stock then you can also pick it up the same day. However if i don't have the part(s) then the machine will be completed and ready for pickup on the day the parts arrive. You will be informed when it is ready for pick up via e-mail.
How long will it take you to complete a custom PC build?
The time frame of a custom build depends on my work load at the time,the shipping time of all the components and the complexity of the build itself. On average i will complete the build (Fully optimised with you operating system installed) and send away with a courier to your location within a week. After that it is in the hands of the courier.
How much do you charge?
For repairs and upgrades a fixed rate of £35 per hour, a further £10 for every half hour extra.
For custom builds a set price of £100. This will cover my time and labour and the shipping cost via a courier to anywhere in the mainland United Kingdom. If shipping doesn't apply then it will be £50 for labour.
Which payment methods do you accept?
For repairs and upgrades i take cash and cheques but for custom custom computer builds then a PayPal transfer is required to show your commitment to the project.
Are my personal items e.g Pictures, kept private?
Of course. No copies are made of your data and i will not access any of your personal data without your permission.
